Ashleigh joined Goldfinch Care Agency in 2015.  She works as Line/Training Manager.  No task is too large for Ashleigh who is renowned for her incredibly helpful and capable manner.  She is reliable, dependable and efficient and always goes the extra mile.  Ashleigh deals with carers already in placements needing support and advice.  She assists with managing new placements, ensuring the most suitable carer is placed.  She assists with the training and induction process.

Ashleigh has vast experience as worked as a 24hr live-in carer for many years before joining the team in the office as a Line Manager.  She is sensitive to the needs of the carers and is encouraging and supportive.
