Pauline started the business in 2013 having worked as a Line Manager for another agency, as well as a live-in carer for many years. She has an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and much experience.

Pauline has watched the business grow from the early years of working on the landing of her home whilst supporting three teenage sons. “I feel extremely fortunate to work with such a wonderful team, Ashleigh and Gordon, as well as with the amazing carers who are the backbone of our business. Without their compassion, dedication, and commitment we would not be where we are today”
