I am most grateful to you for providing excellent care for my mother in her final days recently. Firstly, we had A, who was excellent and we got on very well with her and she was very caring and considerate in how she looked after my mother.

Then we had A, who also was excellent and had to deal with things at the end. We liked A very much as well and she could not have done more to make my mother’s final days as comfortable as possible. With your help I am very happy that we managed to achieve what we wanted which was a peaceful and dignified end to my mother’s life on her own terms at home with us all around. It really did make all the difference.
